Manage Call Reports



Once a call report is created, the following functions can be performed to manage it.


Manage Transaction Report  (for all report submissions)

Manage GPS Coordinates  (location details of field staff)

Manage Escalations  (to set certain responses to trigger escalation / alerts)

Schedule Reports  to be emailed periodically

Configure / Modify  an existing call report

Language Tools  to add / modify localized (native) text
