System requirements
This section describes the minimum hardware, software and network requirements of your device / computer so that you can use all the features of REP solution effectively.
Admin Portal
The Admin Portal is a Web Based Application that forms one of the main parts of the REP solution. It is also called server application. It can be accessed / used only through a web browser using Microsoft Internet Explorer. You may use other browsers but this may change the format and may also not display all items on each page. When using Internet Explorer, we recommend version 10.0 above. Please make sure that pop-ups and JavaScrip are enabled in your browser. Windows 8.1 End User Application
This application, which is also called the client application can be installed on a Microsoft Surface Pro or Surface RT or any personal computer that runs Windows 8.1 (or upwards) Operating System. There is a separate version for Windows Phone that can also be installed.
Installation on Microsoft Windows 8.1+ devices
Windows 8.1 or upwards (Surface, PC)
Installation on Windows Phone 8.0+ operating system
Internet Connection Requirements
Both server and client applications of REP solution require Internet connection to work. Typically, it requires 128 - 256 kbps of speed to perform most of the activities. But if you want to perform heavy multimedia file uploads / downloads, it is preferable to be connected to a broadband network with speed of 1 mbps upwards, or else the file upload / download could take more time depending on its size.
