Clicking on 'Assignments' sub tab will give you an option to choose between 'Store Assignment' and 'Calendar'.

Overview:

After creating a new user and a store, the next logical step is to associate the user to stores. 'Store Assignment' module allows you to associate users with stores. Note that a store can be assigned to multiple users and like wise, one user can be associated to multiple stores. 'Calendar' module can be used to schedule users' store visits.
